Over de functie
As Junior HSE Officer, you’ll work closely with the HSE Manager and support safety across designated production departments. You’ll coach teams, promote awareness, and ensure safety is embedded into daily routines. You’ll actively contribute to improving the safety culture through initiatives like WISE and 12BS.

- Driving safety awareness and embedding 12BS standards in your assigned departments
- Supporting implementation of safety tools, standards, and behavior programs
- Creating and maintaining departmental Safety Maps
- Supporting and following up on incident investigations and corrective actions
- Leading daily safety observation tours and attending DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings
- Tracking and reporting training progress and safety KPIs
- Coordinating internal safety audits and supporting safety communication campaigns
- Acting as key user in the digitalization of safety tools and dashboards
- Providing HSE input on engineering and ergonomic projects
